Saturday, 4:45 PM – Adam and I, broke and without plans, decided to set off on an adventure to Land’s End to practice our night photography, which by the way, is extremely difficult, but I think that goes without saying. The bottle of Bulleit bourbon we split on the cliffside was delicious and kept us warm, but man, it sure made shooting even more difficult.

A few things I'd do differently next time; first, I would lower the ISO to reduce the noise. I was shooting between 1200 and 2000 - I should've shot these around the 400-800 range. Long exposures at higher ISO generates too much noise. Secondly, I'd widen up the aperture– these were shot between f/4.0 - 6.3. In the future, I'm going to try f/1.4 - 2.8 Lastly, I'd bring a smaller bottle of bourbon. Got a little bit tipsy towards the end of this shoot.
